Make the most of our state-of-the-art gym and fitness facilities including cardio, resistance and functional training equipment. Enjoy the warm waters of our 18-metre indoor swimming pool or plunge into the hydrotherapy pool.
And if there’s more tension to release, let it all go with full use of our sauna and steam rooms, or simply take some time out in our relaxation room to rediscover your inner calm.
