Aromatherapy Treatment with Crystal Bowls - 90 minutes

A truly unique and holistic treatment; using a combination of Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Essential Oils and Sound Healing.

This Bespoke treatment includes a full in-depth consultation with Julia, following which, she will carefully mix and prepare a personalised blend of specially tailored aromatherapy oils just for you.

This bespoke blend of oils will be used during your treatment incorporated in o a full body relaxing massage, allowing the essential oils to sink into the skin and help soothe and calm mind and body.

During the massage, Julia will also be using crystal sound bowls, so that as the aromatherapy oils are therapeutically absorbed into the body, the healing sounds and vibrations from the different frequencies of the crystal bowls will not only enhance this deeply immersive experience, but they will also help take you to a deeply meditative and peaceful state. This is a deeply therapeutic and healing experience and one that is personally created just for you.

After the treatment, you will then be able to take your bespoke blend of aromatherapy oils home with you, to use as and when you need to be soothed and relaxed and reminded of your exclusive and specialised experience.
