Through controlled, mindful movement and targeted muscle activation, this session helps enhance joint health, posture, and functional strength. The gentle instability of the water encourages deeper engagement, allowing you to move with greater awareness and ease.

Set in our outdoor pool, this calm and restorative class is perfect for those looking to strengthen supporting muscles, prevent injury, and feel more connected to their body. Please note, as this is an outdoor experience, the class is weather dependent and may be cancelled if conditions aren’t suitable.
