Floating Sound Bath ✨

Unwind and end your day with a deeply relaxing Floating Sound Bath in our Indoor pool. If the weather isn't on our side, the experience will take place in our indoor pool.

Supported by a floatation bed, you'll gently drift on the water while being immersed in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, gongs and ambient instruments. The combination of water, sound and stillness creates a truly unique experience, helping you switch off, unwind and leave feeling completely restored.

What to expect

• Float effortlessly on a supportive floatation bed in our outdoor pool (or indoor pool if weather requires).

• A guided sound journey led by our experienced sound healer.

• Gentle breathwork, relaxation and moments of stillness.

• Suitable for all experience levels – no swimming ability is required.

• Swimwear

• A towel

• Warm layers and socks for afterwards

• An open mind
